Parent Information

At Cirencester Primary School we feel that positive relationships between school and home are vital to ensure that every child achieves their full potential in their learning and fully enjoys their school experience.

Ensuring good communication between home and school is a priority for us and we hope that you find our website informative. We also communicate with parents in the following ways:

  • Fortnightly school newsletters
  • Regular phase newsletters and information from teachers about how to support your child’s learning at home
  • Phase leaflets at the beginning of the year with information for parents
  • Written school reports 3 times a year
  • Formal Parents’ Evenings 3 times a year
  • Phone text service
  • Parent Council meetings

We view inviting parents and family members into school as the most important way of building good relationships. We do this regularly through special events but also through our ‘International Primary Curriculum’ topics. These topics have Entry and Exit points which we often invite parents to.

These range from joining in with art work in the classrooms, to watching fancy dress parades, to going on holiday through a pretend airport constructed by the children!

Email addresses for all teachers and the management & administration team can be found on the Staff Email Page.
